While the planet of Lotov found in galaxy system 32AS-R is still in a state of pre-fluctuation, mending may be appropriate. The land masses that dot this planet have often been described as non-hostile and yet to discover universal travel. Unfortunately, on the separated island [REDACTED], anomalies have begun to form that denote a glimpse of flux like behavior. While much is still unknown of these anomalies, action may be necessary to prevent further stress on this planetary system. Be advised that while much is still unknown of these formations, a threat level of Delta has been issued for the potential risk when these anomalies begin forming post-flux behavior. In the case these forms identify life of nearby continents, prepare the immediate destruction of Lotov.
ANOMALY: Chimera-747
This anomaly formed from the wreckage of flight [REDACTED] that cost the lives of 3 crew members and [REDACTED]. On the moment of impact, the anomaly, Chimera-747, was born. This form has begun to show signs of flux from its very formation of flesh and metal. Be advised that, while activity of this anomaly has been limited by its meninges [located from the rear of the anomaly] and un-primed appendages, this anomaly contains information provided on the plane's black box. Reports before the accident indicate [REDACTED] could have been contained on the flight. [REDACTED], when unsupervised, causes a chemical reaction forming [REDACTED]. When in contact with the black box [REDACTED] opens the channel for fluctuational knowledge to inhabit it. Within an anomaly, this presents us with an opportunity for Chimera-747 to process [REDACTED] changing its form to threat level [REDACTED}. When coming withing a 300-foot radius of Chimera-747, the anomaly has reported to be heard within the recipients auditory cortex without a single noise being noted. Chimera-747 will present you with a game of [REDACTED]. Do not, regardless of clearance level, begin to entertain this game. Reports from retrieval teams 81 and 96 note failure to follow this procedure lead to immediate assimilation within the black box of the anomaly providing it with further information and adding further complexity to its hind-brain. In event of [REDACTED] proceed with plans to release Lotov from system 32AS-R.
ANOMALY: Giant Termisius
After reports of anomaly Chimera-747, retrieval team 81 was dispatched on scene to conduct initial investigation of the anomaly. At this time, much was unknown of the island [REDACTED]. It was our knowledge that the island contained no other life besides local flora, fauna, and migratory bird species. Unfortunately, this knowledge led to the eradication of team 81 who unknowingly stepped within the den of anomaly, Giant Termisius after finalizing research on Chimera-747. At this time the team of 18 members was reduced to 9 after [REDACTED]. From recovered video footage found by retrieval team 96 of team 81's final moments on [REDACTED], we have identified some of the pre-flux behaviors of the Giant Termisius. The main oddity of this anomaly comes from its inability to naturally form on the island of [REDACTED]. We may assume that the cargo onboard flight [REDACTED] must have contained [REDACTED] that must have mutated a known species of termites found within the island. While giant termisiuses have been located within other galactic systems, most have been identified with post-flux expansion; this leads our investigation to believe fluctuation may be imminent on Lotov. Before this determination can be made, however, we must continue to monitor this anomaly as it has yet to experience its chrysalis state which would indicate immediate signs of fluctuation within Lotov. For now, as long as no other human has been devoured by this anomaly, chrysalis should be avoided. For this reason, we are moving retrieval team 104 on scene to retrieve the anomaly and [REDACTED] upon capture.
ANOMALY: Analogous Construction A29
As reported from other galactic systems, Analogous Constructions have been identified with anomalous behavior which is often depicted before the event of fluctuation. The Mending Foundation was alerted to this new Analogous Construction (Noted as the A29 development) after retrieval team 96 reported back to base camp missing one of its team members. Like other anomalies of this pedigree, we may assume team member, [REDACTED], while still alive, will be unable to reenter our pre-flux world. Such as other analogues constructions, once [REDACTED] entered the structure, it ceased to exist within the island of [REDACTED]. From reports of other constructions, we may assume [REDACTED] was teleported to [REDACTED], a plane of infinite potential. While we may be unable to save [REDACTED] from this plane, they are being awarded with a Titanium Star for assisting with the removal of Analogous Construction A29 off of the island of [REDACTED]. Please note that while this eliminates some threat of a fluctuation event happening within Lotov, caution should still be handled with the other anomalies found within site.
